Though this jam's restrictions are pretty strict, you did a really good job with what you were allowed to work with. The single CG is very dynamic (there are so many expressions!), and the text placement + the dynamic camera angles really work.
The ominous music suits the tone of the story, and I like how gritty and dark it all feels. It's a little funny the character names are so goofy since the story feels so serious otherwise, but that does make the characters stand out and feel more unique!
Thank you! Life was unexpectedly busy this month, so I wasn't able to reply until now. But I'm really grateful that you took the time to play and comment on my games!
I like the CG too! This was my first time trying out the camera movements, and it was worth the time learning the code. And yes, Evil and Zoomer are funny names to have... Good thing neither of them seem particularly bothered!
This is great, well done! The art is nice, and the characters are very interesting. I'm going to check out With Mirth in Funeral next, you've got me curious for more.
Thank you and no worries, their names amuse me as well! It was a rather bold move to call him Evil but I’ll own up to it 😤 I’m glad you enjoyed playing and I hope your friend did too!
Damn, that was quite an effectively done and impressively messed up narrative. Couldn't help but feel for Zoomer and his "too old for this shit" vibes, which I appreciate and would love to see more of.
I'm not sure enjoyed is the right word, but playing this certainly made me curious about the perverse world you created.
Thank you for playing and commenting! To be honest, I was nervous about releasing this game since it's a rather dark scene. So I'm glad the narrative drew you in and was effective! The characters have a dynamic that'll probably stick in my head for a while.

nice work! evil concerns me though...
Thank you! Evil concerns me too…
I really like how you did the camera work in this VN! It really added a lot to the VN's O2A2's limitations.
This is a really polished little VN!

Love it! Why are they named like that tho? My friend and I cannot take it seriously. Interesting premise tho!
Edit: Hey, sorry if this came off as rude, it was a genuinely fun read! I'd love to see more of these characters in the future! ^^

I get it, but I am glad you decided to release the game; it really is quite well done. I'll definitely be on the look out for more, if you decide to.
